We're occasionally asked if we sell "Box 1" or "Box 2" of a machine separately after someone buys a half a machine at auction. Unfortunately, we do not.
If you're buying part of a machine at auction, typically eBay, UPS, or Fedex, that was a machine that was declared missing by a shipping carrier and we had to send out a replacement at our cost. When it was found, the shipping carrier should have sent it back to us but obviously didn't. That machine was never purchased from us.
The second factor is that when a package goes missing for a long time, it typically gets dragged around a lot as it moves through the system, and frequently contains damaged parts. We do not provide warranty coverage for these machines because they were never purchased from us.
If you buy a machine at an auction like that, know that it's only good for spare parts. We do not sell the other half and we do not provide warranty support for those machines.
